Consultation
Nora V. Kelly, P.C. mostly provides representation
to clients on an hourly fee basis. She will in some
cases provide representation on a reduced contingent
fee basis, whereby a smaller hourly rate is charged
with a smaller contingent amount. The client does pay
for all direct costs and court filing fees associated
with the case.
Ms. Kelly uses a full-time paralegal to assist her in
preparing cases which usually results in cost savings
to clients.
The fee charged to a prospective client for an initial
consultation and investigation to determine the validity
of the claim varies on a case-by-case basis.
