Q. Do you charge a consultation fee?
A.
Yes, I normally charge for an initial consultation.
Q. What is the process if I want to have
an employment agreement reviewed?
A.
Please e-mail or fax the agreement to me ahead of time;
then we can meet to go over the agreement to see if
changes must be made to best serve your needs.
Q. What is the process if I want to have
a severance agreement reviewed?
A.
The process is the same as for review of an employment
agreement: I look over the agreement that you e-mail
or fax to me and then meet with you to see what changes
might be needed to better protect your interests.
Q. What information should I bring with
me to the initial consultation?
A.
Please bring everything! I want to see correspondence
with the employer or employee, any written agreements,
any evaluations, and an employee policy handbook, if
there is one.
